Functions and Indications: clearing heat-toxicity, eliminating swelling and dispersing knots, Dispelling wind and heat. It is used for carbuncle, scrofula, acute mastitis, erysipelas, wind-heat type common Cold, the beginning of heat diseases, warm-heat into Ying level, high fever and thirst, dizziness and spotting, unconsciousness and heat stranguria.
