San Leng (Cu) 三棱(醋)

General Functions and indications: break blood stasis, promote qi circulation, and eliminate food stagnation Relieve pain. Used for fibroid in uterus mass in abdomen, painful periods, blood stagnation amenorrhea, obstruction of qi in the chest Heart pain, food stagnation distending pain.

San Leng (Cu) 三棱(醋) Uncooked it moves the qi, transoms food stagnation breaks blood stasis. Once processsed it breaks blood stasis, dissipates abdominal masses, stops pain. It is used for Menorrhea due to blood stasis with pain in the lower abdomen aggravated by pressure. Abdominal masses of all types due to blood stasis. Pain in the abdomen epigastrium or lateral costal regions due to qi and blood stagnation.

Usage and dosage: 5-10g.
