Functions and indications: Disperses food stangation regulates the intestines, stops diarrhea, promote digestion resolve stagnation effect is increased. Used for meat related food stagnation, dysentery difficulty. Used for Food stagnation with epigastric and abdominal pain and distention, loss of appetite, disgust at eating, diarrhea. Loss of appetite due to spleen and stomach def with loss of taste and loose stools. Diarrhea due to food stagnation with borborygmus, abdominal pain or distention. Dysentery due to either damp heat generated by food stagnation with abdominal pain during defecation, fetid stools epigastric and abdominal fullness or food stagnation due to over eating meat, with pussy, bloody stools, abdominal pain and distention.
