Tips and tricks for a smooth shipping experience
Just wanted to add some observational tips which may help with shipping.
- Courier please picks up every second day due to our restriction when ordering pick ups for them, we usually try and organize pickups every Mon, Wed, Fri.
- Occasionally a courier might miss a scan event and tracking won't show until it arrives at the next location.
- We are currently phasing out Fastway, however from experience, Fastway is a lot faster in interstate deliveries and in rural locations compared to other premium services.
- TNT and Toll will pick up same day of order as long as we are able to place the order before 11am, we recommend you place orders a lot earlier than 11am as we may not have enough time to pack and check it within an hour.
- If you have received a tracking number from us, your package has been packed and the courier has been called already, please be mindful when making changes
- TNT road express has been quite reliable however their delivery to rural locations may be a bit delayed occasionally.
- Any orders over 8 bottles of single herbal granules (for example 10 bottles of Gui Zhi) will be fulfilled the next day if you place an order after 9am Melbourne time, we don't keep large quantities of single herbs on hand at the office as these orders are far fewer.
- If you want to post through AUS post, we recommend you place the order before 12, as we will post them during our lunch break.
- Currently due to COVID all postal/courier services are delayed
- AUS express services can be delayed up to a week currently
