Functions and Indications: Clearing heat and cooling the blood, promoting blood circulation, remove blood stasis. It is used for heat entering the Ying and Blood level, heat toxins with skin eruptions, hematemesis, Epistaxis, night fever abating at dawn, no sweating and bones steaming, menorrhagia and dysmenorrhea, injury due to falling, carbuncle and sores.
