Properties: Sweet, Slightly Warm.

Functions and indications: Tonify blood nourish yin (Essential fluid), benefit the essence and fill the marrow. Used for blood deficiency chlorosis (iron deficiency underlying), Heart palpitation, severe palpitation, irregular menstruation, uterine bleeding, Live and Kidney Yin deficiency, soreness of the waist and knees, steaming bones with tidal fever, night sweat and spermatorrhoea, internal heat thirst, vertigo, tinnitus, early white hair.

Usage and dosage: 9-15g.
