General Functions and indications: eliminate phlegm and resolves stasis, soften and resolve hard masses, resolves hyperacidity and pain. Used for stubborn phlegm, thick phlegm and difficult to cough out, goitre, scrofula, abdominal mass and lumps, Stomach pain and acid regurgitation.

Wa Leng Zi (Duan) 煅瓦楞子 Uncooked dispels blood stasis, dissipates phlegm, softens the hard, scatters nodulations. Once processed it Harmonizes the stomach, stops pain, stop stomach hyperacidity. It is used for Stomach acidity and pain due to liver/ stomach disharmony with vomiting or acid regurgitation. Clamoring stomach due to stomach heat with sensation of emptiness , hunger burning and discomfort in the epigastrium, acid regurgitation..

Usage and dosage: 9-15g, decocted first.
