Xiao Hui Xiang (Yan) 小茴香(盐)

General Functions and indications:  dispel Coldness alleviate pain, regulate qi harmonise Stomach. Used for Cold hernia and abdominal pain, swelling and bearing down pain of the testis, painful menstruation, Cold pain in the lower abdomen, abdominal swelling and pain, eating less vomiting and diarrhoea. Salted Xiao Hui Xiang Warms Kidney dispel Coldness alleviate pain. Used   hernia and abdominal pain, swelling and bearing down pain of the testis, Cold menstruation and abdominal pain.

Xiao Hui Xiang (Yan) 小茴香(盐) uncooked rectifies the qi, harmonizes the center, stimulates the appetite. Once processed Scatters the cold, stops pain, warms the kidneys, soothes the liver. Used for Inguinal hernia, maladies of the scrotum or the testicles due to stagnation of cold and qi in the liver channel with lower abdominal pain, inflation, distention and pain of the scrotum. Lower back pain due to kidney yang def with a cold sensation in the lumbar region.
